Identical to the one-time cleaning service, an initial clean accomplishes the same task. It is just another term we use to help each customer understand that there is more work and time invested (especially if the initial clean was the first one done in months). Resulting in a fair, one-time service charge. There are exceptions in some cases where we consider  waiving the initial charge.
